Dr. Watts is rated 4.9 out of 5 by more than 500 Bell County homeowners across our electrical and HVAC services. Rather than paraphrase individual reviews out of context, this page focuses on the patterns that show up again and again in what customers actually tell us.
These patterns come from years of feedback across both sides of our business, electrical and HVAC, and they say more about what to actually expect from a service call than any single testimonial could on its own.

Gerardo, thank you. Gerardo did a wonderful job, absolutely professional throughout. Couldn't recommend a better place for electrical services. They happened to be able to come out same-day and install same-day, couldn't believe it when they said that. Thanks again!Posted on Google![]()

Rey installed locking caps on my outdoor a/c unit to keep the refrigerant from leaking out into the air. Also put leveling blocks or vibration insulation pads between the slab and condenser unit to insure the unit was level and stable. He was patient and explained how my heat pump is working good and all looked good. He was friendly and knew how to answer what questions I asked.Posted on Google![]()

Well done.
One of the most common themes in our reviews is a homeowner who called us after another company or two had already tried and failed to fix a persistent electrical issue. Customers describe our technicians actually locating the root cause rather than treating a symptom, which is often the difference between a problem that keeps returning and one that actually gets resolved.
This pattern shows up often enough that we think of it as one of the clearest signals of what actually sets us apart: not just showing up, but staying with a problem until the real cause is found, even when that takes longer than the quick fix a previous visit attempted.
A recurring pattern in customer feedback involves outlets or circuits that behave inconsistently, especially in humid or wet weather, where the actual cause turns out to be moisture intrusion at an outdoor box rather than a failing outlet itself. Customers consistently note that our technicians took the time to trace the issue back to its actual source instead of simply swapping the visible component.
Similar feedback appears around HVAC calls, where a system that seemed to need a full replacement turned out to have a specific, fixable issue once properly diagnosed, saving the homeowner a much larger expense than initially expected.
Several reviews specifically mention how quickly we responded to an urgent situation, whether that was a total power loss, an electrical safety concern, or a cooling system failure during extreme heat. Customers describe this responsiveness as a deciding factor in choosing to call us again for future work.
This feedback matters most to us because it validates something we treat as a genuine priority rather than a marketing claim: an emergency call should feel different from a routine one, from how quickly the phone gets answered to how fast a technician actually shows up.
Many reviews mention specific technicians by name, describing them as professional, thorough, and willing to explain what they found in plain language rather than technical jargon. This pattern reflects our training approach: technicians are expected to communicate clearly with homeowners, not just complete the technical work silently.
We view this as a meaningful signal, since a customer remembering and naming a specific technician usually means that person made an impression beyond simply completing a task competently.
A significant share of our reviews come from repeat customers, homeowners who called us for an electrical issue and returned later for HVAC service, or vice versa, now that the company covers both. This pattern reflects the actual value of combining both trades under one company: once trust is established, customers do not want to start over vetting a new contractor for a different type of problem.
We also see this pattern in our service area, where entire neighborhoods sometimes become repeat customers after one homeowner’s positive experience gets shared with neighbors facing similar issues.
This kind of organic referral growth takes years to build and cannot be manufactured through advertising alone, which is part of why we treat every single visit as an opportunity to earn that same word-of-mouth trust rather than coasting on past reputation.
Reviews consistently mention the value of knowing the cost before work begins, with several customers specifically noting the absence of surprise charges once a job was complete. This reflects our flat-rate pricing commitment rather than hourly billing that can balloon unpredictably.
This feedback theme comes up often enough across both electrical and HVAC reviews that we consider it one of the clearest indicators our upfront pricing policy is actually working as intended, rather than just a claim we make in our marketing.
Customers who called us during a genuine emergency, a total power outage, a cooling failure during extreme heat, describe a noticeably different experience than a routine appointment: faster callbacks, clearer urgency from whoever answered the phone, and a technician who treated the situation with the seriousness it deserved rather than fitting it into a standard schedule.
New customers calling us for the first time frequently mention feeling surprised by how much explanation they received compared to previous experiences with other companies, technicians walking through what they found, why it happened, and what the options actually were, rather than simply presenting a bill at the end of the visit.
Homeowners using us for both trades often comment on the convenience of one company, one invoice, and one point of contact rather than juggling separate relationships with an electrician and an HVAC company. This feedback validates the core reason the two businesses combined in the first place, covered in more detail on our About Us page.
If Dr. Watts has helped with your home’s electrical or HVAC needs, we would genuinely appreciate hearing about your experience. Reviews help other Bell County homeowners find a technician they can trust, and they help us understand where we are actually delivering and where we can improve.
A few minutes writing a review does more for a small, locally owned company than most people realize. Unlike a national chain with a large advertising budget, our growth has always depended more on word of mouth and honest reviews than paid marketing, and that remains true today.
Not every review is glowing, and we do not expect it to be. When a customer raises a genuine concern, we treat it as useful information rather than something to dismiss, and we follow up directly when contact information is available, consistent with our satisfaction guarantee.
Patterns in customer feedback feed directly into how we train technicians. If multiple reviews point toward a specific communication gap, explaining pricing more clearly, walking through findings in more detail, we address that in ongoing training rather than treating each piece of feedback as an isolated incident unrelated to broader team development.
This connects directly to how we hire and train, covered in more detail on our Team page, since customer feedback is one of the clearest signals for what actually matters in the field, beyond just technical competence.
